    I have changed Wordpress menu´s languague to spanish hoping that it was going to be translated everything. But it didnt happen. It still can be read things like "Read more" or "post by X" in english at every post. How can I change the language of these things? There is any plugin?

    Thank you!

    Hi There,

    Thanks for writing in.

    If you want to translate theme's labels, you can use Loco Translate plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/

    Here are the instructions:

    https://localise.biz/wordpress/plugin/beginners

    https://optimizerwp.com/documentation/how-to-translate-theme-using-loco/

    If there’s anything else, we can help you with, please let us know.

    Best Regards.

    Hello again,

    I have translated everything but there is one thing I cannot change and it´s the "comments" side (look bellow the picture). Any idea of how to fix it?

    Thanks

    Hi there,

    Can you send us a link to that page or tell us if you are using blog page template or shortcode?

    Hi!

    The website is http://www.efectocomet.com/. I'm using shortcode.

    Thanks!

    Hi again,

    If you are using shortcode, then we are missing text domain there, so edit:

    wp-content\themes\minimum\includes\shortcodes.php

    and add qode text domain instead of https://www.screencast.com/t/QzHaxG5oZBm :

    $comments = __('no comments');

    change it like this https://www.screencast.com/t/n3nSdkU9 :

    $comments = __('comments','qode');

    I think I´m using blog page template then xD. I´m sorry, I didn´t understand your question correctly. What´s the other way to change it?

    Many thanks

    Hi again,

    In that case, all labels should be translatable since they contain correct text domain, but I am seeing default page template class when I inspect the page and that implies that you are using shortcode. In case that solution for adding text domain didn't work, then please provide WordPress admin access and a login link in PRIVATE reply since this is public ticket, so I can see page settings precisely and to be able to replicate that on testing installation to see if problem is there.

    Hi again,

    And thanks for the credentials. You are using shortcode which is loading blog template 1 and file is located here: wp-content / themes / minimum / blog-template1.php and all no comments strings are using qode text domain https://www.screencast.com/t/HQsBoan7gqSQ so when you make translation with poedit software for your language so you just need to set path for translation with poedit software and to update file in order to read all labels and then you will be able to translate it https://www.screencast.com/t/obCzoxi9 and translation will appear https://www.screencast.com/t/0BUcCSFE6LLp . So everything with the theme is and translation is working as it should. You can download my updated po file from attachment if it is not clear how you should do that, or you can simply hard code different text inside mentioned file.

    Best Regards!
