Portfolio Info Placement

    I haven't made made the site live yet, so I don't have a link that you can go to. I just wanted to ask if it is possible to put the "Portfolio Info" paragraph above the image gallery on a single portfolio page?

    Currently it is putting the "Portfolio Info" section (the description), below the gallery. I would like the description to go above the gallery images.

    I believe there is an option to do this, I have been unsuccessful in finding where to change it.

    Please, any information would be much appreciated!

    Hi Cody,

    Sorry for a late reply.

    Single portfolio layout is controlled by Portfolio Type option. Unfortunately there is no option to put portfolio details above the image gallery. If you are using Portfolio Type: Portfolio Big Images, you can try to change the order of sections via custom CSS - add the following code into Qode Options -> General -> Custom CSS field and see if it helps:

    .portfolio_single.portfolio_template_5 {
      display: -webkit-box;
      display: -moz-box;
      display: -ms-flexbox;
      display: -webkit-flex;
      display: flex;
      flex-flow: row wrap;
    }
    .portfolio_single.portfolio_template_5 .two_columns_75_25 {
        order: 1;
    }
    .portfolio_single.portfolio_template_5 .portfolio_images {
        order: 2;
    }
    .portfolio_single.portfolio_template_5 .portfolio_navigation  {
        order: 3;
    }

    ........

    The alternative solution would be to build custom portfolio page. To do that, set Portfolio Type to Portfolio custom - in grid or Portfolio custom - full width. This allows you to build the entire portfolio content via WPBakery Page Builder, just like with regular pages and there will be no predefined layout elements. For images and videos you need to use appropriate WPBakery elements.

    To be able to use WPBakery in single posts and portfolios go to WP admin -> WPBakery Page Builder -> Role Manager -> Post types: Custom -> enable page builder for all post types, including 'post' and 'portfolio_page':

    Instead of creating each custom portfolio from scratch you can install and activate Duplicate Post plugin:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicate-post/

    Then go to the plugin settings -> Permissions and enable cloning for all post types, including portfolio:

    Best regards,
