    I am redoing a site in staging, and activated the Bridge theme, as I love it. When I go to make adjustments on the page though, there are little to no options for page building? I am also not able to open the text blocks on the page to adjust. I have never had this issue before.

    Hi Natalee, 

    We found that your theme version is 17.1 but you are running WPBakery 5.6 which comes only with the latest theme version ( 17.2 ). Have you purchased WPBakery separately? We recommend using WPBakery which is bundled with Bridge. 

    The issue could be caused by some third party plugin, so please deactivate all third party plugins except bundled plugins ( WPBakery, Layer Slider... ) and try editing page. If the issue disappears, activate plugins one by one to find the plugin that causes the issue. 

    If this does not help, our advice is to create a full site backup and update the theme to version 17.2 by following these instructions: 

    After the theme update go to Plugins, deactivate, delete and install WPBakery Page Builder ( Visual Composer ) again as explained in the following video: 

    The installation file js_composer.zip can be found in wp-content/themes/bridge/plugins folder. 

    After that apply the following settings, to set WPBakery as default page editor:

    Make sure that all elements are enabled:

    I am having the same problem. I confirmed I am running 17.2 with the built in wpbakery. I deactivated all the other plugins and it is still happening. No images show unless i refresh the page.....

    After I followed their advice I was able to use it like all the others.
