How can I edit the image to be cropped or resized so it matches the layout for the Blog Small Image?
Attached files: Capture.PNG
With this blog template, the images are resized to fill the entire column. Your post excerpts are short and images have portrait orientation - as result the images are too big and there is large empty space below post content.
The image aspect ratio you are using is not suitable - our advice is to use images with landscape orientation/aspect ratio.

Hi, its not showing me the option to post a new ticket, why is that? I have more 5 months to go on support.
Anyways, my other ticket would be this:
Hello, I have been trying to validate my post website for the Rich Data Validation at Pinterest, however it says it cannot retrieve any data from the URL. Is there any specific configuration at the website? I have already done all the necessary steps through Yoast plugin. Im wondering if theres any thing due to how the theme is structured.

2. As this is not really a theme related issue I am not quite sure that I might help you in a proper way, however I can suggest you to please check this article about it here:
And control that you have set the settings in Yoast Seo as it stands. Also check the similar issues that people did encounter it also migh be server related issue. So please contact your host about it as well.
Another thing what you can do is to switch the theme to Wordpress default one and test if it is working in the default theme.
